We offer Free Shipping on all Snorkel Sets!

For smaller orders (under $60), we charge a Flat Rate of $10.

Time of the essence? We offer Express Shipping for only an extra $6.

International Order are a Flat Rate of (AUD) $20.

Delivery Times

In short - It's usually 2-6 business days depending on your location.

We usually require 1 business day Handling time.

For all Domestic Orders we use Australia Post. Orders are shipped from Sydney so its usually 2-4 days for East Coast Orders, but can be be 4-8 business days for WA Orders.

Warranty

Our Masks & Snorkels come with a 90 Day Warranty.

To be honest, we haven't really had any issues yet, but if you do, please get in touch via our Contact Form and we will fill you in with the next steps!

Returns & Refunds

We're happy to refund any change of mind purchase for up to 30 days so long as return postage is paid for.

For any faulty, warranty, shipping errors we will happily cover return shipping costs.
