We loved our sets, great colours and super comfy. Unfortunately the band on the goggles began to tear after 2 weeks and I was sent a whole new set and a replacement band straight away.

How much is shipping?

We offer flat rate shipping for all orders

  • $8 Standard Shipping
  • $12 Express Shipping

How long does delivery usually take?

In short - It's usually 2-6 business days depending on your location.

We usually require 1 business day Handling time.

For all Domestic Orders we use Australia Post. Orders are shipped from Sydney so its usually 2-4 days for East Coast Orders, but can be be 4-8 business days for WA Orders.

Do they come with a warranty?

Yes! Our Masks & Snorkels come with a 90 Day Warranty.

To be honest, we haven't really had any issues yet, but if you do, please get in touch via our Contact Form and we will fill you in with the next steps!

Can i return it if i don't like it?

Of course! We're happy to refund any change of mind purchase for up to 30 days.
