I received a mask & snorkel set as a gift which I am obsessed with! However, after discarding the box, I soon discovered I’d also discarded the little connector piece that attaches the snorkel to the mask. I contacted Sublime and the lovely Hannah arranged a replacement to be posted out to me (plus a spare!) I am so beyond grateful for the fabulous service. The snorkels and goggles are great. We used them all week on Lord Howe Island. The deluxe snorkel is so good. First time I’ve used one where the valve at the top shots water out when you dive, so you don’t have to clear water from the snorkel! Thank sublime supplies!

I am super happy with my Sublime Supplies mask and snorkel! How much is shipping?

We offer flat rate shipping for all orders

  • $8 Standard Shipping
  • $12 Express Shipping

How long does delivery usually take?

In short - It's usually 2-6 business days depending on your location.

We usually require 1 business day Handling time.

For all Domestic Orders we use Australia Post. Orders are shipped from Sydney so its usually 2-4 days for East Coast Orders, but can be be 4-8 business days for WA Orders.

Do they come with a warranty?

Yes! Our Masks & Snorkels come with a 90 Day Warranty.

To be honest, we haven't really had any issues yet, but if you do, please get in touch via our Contact Form and we will fill you in with the next steps!

Can i return it if i don't like it?

Of course! We're happy to refund any change of mind purchase for up to 30 days.
